Can some one explain External Seats to me ? What does it mean “Until leveling XXX FPs” at the bottom of the tool ?

“Until leveling XXX FPs” Is badly translated and means: “XXX FP until leveling” (how much FP needs to level the Building
External Seats: if some other ppl have spent FPs into your Great Building.
A little correction: The Own part calculator in the extension can automatically detect players that have already invested in your GBs. You only need to fill in players that do not have paid the FP yet. For example if you sell goods for 500 FP you can put 500 in Ext column to see what will change.
